Develop flood warning system for Pudong New District, integrating with hydrological monitoring, simulation modelling, on-line modelling subsystem to increase intelligence level for flood management and flood control safety.

Establish the river network model and the key drainage area pipeline network model for Pudong New District. Embed the offline model in online simulation platform. Develop the interaction and simulation computer driving and updating subsystem for modelling and hydrological real-time monitoring data for online monitoring data and warning, simulation of the embedded model, waterlogging risk area and river water level prediction functions. Provide systematic tools for flood prevention and dispatch.
