There are some problems such as the contradiction between supply and demand in the peak period and unreasonable water supply dispatching. The monitoring data processing and analysis mechanism of monitoring system should be strengthened. Through research water supply pattern of the reclaimed water system, and the pipeline characteristics and each monitoring site distribution and its use in the pipe network system, this project integrates monitoring business data and attribute data of pipelines and constructs eco-city reclaimed water pipe network model, carries out reclaimed water typical business model for application demonstration, including DMA partition econometric analysis, network scheduling evaluation and optimization, peak joint water supply dispatching scheme optimization, and puts forward the reclaimed water system informatization business application and environment enhancement scheme.
